Trivia: Anaheim Stadium had been the home of the Angels since their move from Los Angeles following the 1965 season. Before that, their home was at Los Angeles Wrigley Field in Los Angeles.
Aquarium of the Pacific
Drop by Southern California’s largest aquarium. Located in Long Beach, this aquarium was built to represent the diversity of the Pacific Ocean and hosts more than 11,000 animals in over 50 exhibits.
Trivia: The Aquarium of the Pacific is the fourth most-attended aquarium in the nation.

Trivia: Walt Disney couldn’t originally afford to build Disneyland, so to fund it, he borrowed from his own life insurance policy. Eventually he got the American Broadcasting Company to contribute in exchange for a televisions series. Thus was born the theme park AND the TV show.

The Honda Center is one of country’s the most notable entertainment and sports venue. It is home to the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks and the John R. Wooden Classic. The Honda Center also proudly holds many regular entertainment events such as the Harlem Globestrotters, Stars on Ice, the Ringling Bros. and many famous music acts such as Madonna, Elton John and U2.
Trivia: Until 2006, when Honda bought the center’s naming rights, The Honda Center was known as the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim.

Trivia: Most boysenberries can trace their origins to Knott’s Berry Farm where Walter Knott took nearby Anaheim Parks Superintendent Rudolph Boysen’s new strain of berry (which kept dying on the vine) and nurtured them to health, naming the new berry after their originator.

The Star of India actually holds the Guinness Book of World Record for “The oldest sea-going sailing vessel.” It is 1,197 tons and built at Ramsey, Isle of Man in the United Kingdom in 1863.
